Exchanges

We accept exchanges within fourteen days of delivery for products shipped directly by GiosHair. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Wigs that have been worn, installed, styled, cut, colored, or altered in any way are not eligible for exchange.

To request an exchange, please contact us within fourteen days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Exchange requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for products shipped directly by GiosHair. All eligible requests within the return window are handled as exchanges only.

Affiliate and Third Party Products

Some products featured on our website may be sold and shipped by third party or affiliate partners. Refunds, returns, and exchanges for these items are subject to the individual seller or shipper’s policies. GiosHair does not control or process returns for affiliate products.

We encourage you to review the return and refund policy provided by the seller before completing your purchase. Any questions regarding affiliate products should be directed to the original seller or shipping provider.

Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchange requests unless otherwise stated. Original shipping fees are non refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items.
